ONCE A PRE ORDERED ITEM IS PLACED TO THE FACTORY, THAT ITEM IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
CUSTOMERS CAN CANCEL A PRE ORDERED ITEM ONLINE BEFORE THE 15TH AND BEFORE THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH, DEPENDING ON WHICH HALF OF THE MONTH YOU PLACED THE ORDER.
